Position
Officer, MIS, Integrated Development Programme
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Prepare ten programme’s monthly MIS report through data accumulation, entry, analysis and submit them to the concerned management
- Monthly MIS report collection from area offices and provide necessary feedback
- Documentation MIS report and update regularly
- Assist concerned personnel to designing data collection checklist in area level
- Assist to prepare quarterly, half-yearly and annual MIS report
- Assist to skill development of concerned staff in area level
- Carry out any other duties assigned by BRAC management
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Masters in any discipline from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience on MIS related field
Additional Job Requirements:
- Practical knowledge on Microsoft Office specially MS Excel, Word and Access sheet
- Have knowledge to use on Bijoy software and Bangla typing speed accordingly
- Possess good analytical skills and problem solving capabilities with excellent communication skills
- Proactive personality and excellent in data analysis & presentation.
Salary and benefits
Age Range: Maximum 35 years
Salary Range: Negotiable
